Market season has come to a close, and it has been a whirlwind! For two months out of the year, one in the winter and the other in summer, our team works tirelessly to show off our new items to the wholesale community. From Dallas to Atlanta, Seattle to Las Vegas, our showrooms transform into a seasonal wonderland that greets you with the essence of new H&C stories and collections. Walking through our showroom you will enter the world of paper tabletop, providing inspiration and product education all at once. As you will see, this market was all about fall + holiday! Walk with us as we share a behind the scenes look at our showrooms this season.
Autumn Leaves Story
Talk about a statement! It’s hard not to fall in love with this grand autumn styled table centered in our showroom. The perfect fall setting, we placed Autumn Leaf Table Accents on and around the table as if they fell naturally on a crisp autumn day. Layered on top of a burlap tablecloth, the Die-Cut Autumn Wreath Placemat and Autumn Leaves Placemat created the perfect frame for our vintage china plates, linens, and vessels. As you can see, we used one of our favorite space-saving techniques by turning our Autumn Leaves Placemat vertically on the table. This is a great way to fit more guests around the table- the more the merrier!
Fable Toile Story
Our Fable Toile feature in the showroom is just as elegant as it is enchanting. Drawn across the table and continuing up the wall, the Fable Toile Runner takes center stage. The embellishments of pines and candlelight set the scene, taking you on a journey of woodland creatures and fairytales that the story encompasses. Our most opulent story yet, Fable Toile's deep, aubergine color is perfect for any fall or winter celebration.
Twelve Days of Christmas Story
What sets our showrooms apart from all the rest is the hand-crafted elements featured throughout. Inspired by our new Twelve Days of Christmas Story, our talented design team hand stitched a wreath adorned with felted pears, poinsettias, ribbon, and, of course, a partridge. This whimsical wreath framed our Twelve Days of Christmas table, perfectly pulling elements from the detailed Twelve Days of Christmas Placemat and Pears Table Accent. We love it so much, we might just have to hang it on our store windows for the holidays! Stay tuned for a DIY tutorial on how to build a similar felted Christmas craft yourself!

Stationery
Straight from H&C Royal Post, our stationery section was a sight to be seen! We lined the walls with new (and old) cards, tea towels, and gift tags. Artists, Noelle Glaze from Pen + Piper, as well as painter and artist David Arms joined our Stationery Collection, and we couldn't be happier to add them into the mix! Along with our new partners, we added more from fan-favorites Vicki Sawyer, Elizabeth Foster, and Laura Stoddart!

Americasmart Atlanta
The cat's officially out of the bag and on our window display! To celebrate our new additions to the Halloween Story, we couldn’t help but to add a spooky black cat to our showroom and display window! Inside, the Spooky Centerscape frames the Orange & Black Awning Stripe Runner, Die-Cut Black Cat Placemat, and the Tombstone Place Card. No tricks here, only treats!
The entrance of our showroom (below) also displayed a black cat, thanks to the incredible vinyl installation from our friend Lewis Jones of Mimaki USA!
Here at Hester & Cook, we love market season. Not only is it a team bonding experience, it's also a time when we meet new friends and reconnect with familiar faces.
