Refund policy
Returns
You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Hester & Cook can not accept returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you must request authorization from our team. You can contact us at retail@hesterandcook.com or via phone at 615.736.2892 or submit a return request using your customer account.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or returns page,
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return request and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If you return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is received, you receive a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Funds
If you are expecting a refund but it is not reflected in your bank account, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@hesterandcook.com and send your item to: Hester & Cook Retail 2728 Eugenia Ave. Suite 106, Nashville, TN, US 37211.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
