Description

Quail Ceramics is a British brand with a long standing tradition of creating distinctive quirky pieces for both the table and display. Although designed with practicality in mind, Quail is well known for its traditional British design combined with a fun and charming twist.
Each piece is designed in England. The piece then goes through a long design and sample process to get the detail just right with our skilled craftspeople, each item is then fired and hand painted.  Each piece is unique and special!

Shipping + Returns

Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 3-5 business days for all items, except drop ship items, during non peak season. 

Orders with priority shipping will be processed within 24 hours of receiving (excludes weekends and holidays).

Shipping thresholds are calculated after other discounts have been taken.

Returns
We offer free returns. You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
