Care + Maintenance

Spot clean with cool water and a mild, wool-safe soap, or hand wash the entire placemat in cool water. Avoid heat, rubbing, and wringing; instead gently press out excess water with a towel, reshape as needed, and air-dry flat.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 3-5 business days for all items, except drop ship items, during non peak season. 

Orders with priority shipping will be processed within 24 hours of receiving (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer free returns. You may return an item for refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
