Description

DOAP® Classic is the original patented silicone dough scrubber. It removes sticky dough from your hands, bowls, dough bins and starter jars using only water: no flour rub, no soap, no ruined sponges.

Why bakers keep one by the sink

  • ✓Built for sticky dough. Soft, flexible silicone nubs lift wet sourdough, pizza and pasta dough off skin without scraping.
  • ✓Just water. Rub DOAP between wet hands over a bowl of water and watch as sticky dough lifts away easily. Rinse and get back to baking.
  • ✓One tool, many jobs. Hands, mixing bowls, dough bins, starter jars, stand mixer bowls, pots and pans.
  • ✓Buy it once. Durable, dishwasher-safe silicone that replaces stacks of ruined, dough-clogged sponges.
  • ✓Used by the pros. Found in the kitchens of Tartine, Proof Bread and the King Arthur School of Baking.

How to use DOAP

  1. Grab your DOAP. Fill a bowl with water, wet your hands, and hold DOAP like a bar of soap.
  2. Scrub away. Rub your hands together with DOAP while they're in the water. Soft silicone nubs lift dough off in seconds.
  3. Rinse clean. That's it! Now get back to baking.
