A whimsical illustration of four raccoons zooming by: one is pedaling a teal bicycle, with two holding balloons in a red wagon pulled behind the bike, and the last one hanging on to the wagon, over a cream background, with "Happy Birthday To You!" written in gold across the top of the card.
