You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns for International Customers
You may return an item for refund within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Funds
If you are expecting a refund but it is not reflected in your bank account, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received notification that we have acknowledged a mistake on our part leading to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
